Setting Name Tag
The Name Tag feature works with the Caller Display number from Caller ID. A subscription
to this service is required from your network provider. There is usually a fee for this service.
When the phone rings the caller display number, when received will be compared to
numbers stored in the phonebook. If there is a match any name stored with the phonebook
number will be displayed.
1) Press the soft key. Select the Global Setup menu,
and then the Name Tag submenu.
2) Press to select or
(the initial setting is On).
3) Press the soft key.
You will hear a confirmation tone.
This feature adds '0' or '00' to the number, when you receive Caller ID messages. The
default setting for New Zealand is On. The default setting for Australia is Off.
1) Press soft key. Select the Global Setup menu,
and then the Insert 0 submenu.
2) Press to select or .
3) Press the soft key.
You will hear a confirmation tone.
